Great training on Stelvio and in Reiteralm

Last week, I returned from another training session. This time we were on the Italian glacier Stelvio, where we had excellent conditions. We trained in slalom and especially a lot of skicross starts. New team colleague Whitney from USA has joined us. It should be part of the team for the whole season except for January.
On Stelvio I was first housed for the first time on a glacier of 3100 m. and I have to say that I was a little afraid of this, so I'd rather take sleeping pills. Staying up here is very demanding, given that there is less oxygen here, the body slowly regenerates and many people have trouble sleeping. Every physical activity costs you more, but on the other hand, it is a great training. The plan was as follows: 3 days of training, 2 days of downhill in the city and 4 days of training.
The weather was different, so we trained for 4 days at Stelvio and then we moved to Austrian Reiteralm, where we trained "artificial" starts for 2 days. It was my first experience with an artificial surface and honestly, it's fine, but it's not snow :) The second day we were very raining, so we just gave 10 starts and we totally wrapped it up. I traveled after my training home with a stop in the Czech Republic. I was dealing with some business issues here, but more on that later. I'm launching a new project that should be out next Monday. So wait for Monday when I tell you more ;)
